Clark L. Cox (1927- ) was an educator and administrator in Utah and California. Clark L. Cox was born September 20, 1927 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Marriner David and Veda Belle Leavitt Cox. Cox was raised in Glendale, Nevada and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Cox was drafted into the U.S. Army in November, 1945 and later served in the United States Air Force.
